Customer service NVQ level 2, keyskills qualifications

The full title of the dental receptionist qualification
is The modern Apprenticeship in Customers service
level 2. The awarding body for the qualification
is City & Guilds
The course will typically follow the following
structure;
o You will be allocated your own assessor who
will guide you through the qualification.
o Workplace observations. Your assessor will
regularly observe you carrying out your receptionist
duties in your workplace.
o Portfolio building. Your assessor will guide
you on how to build a portfolio of evidence,
which needs to be completed in order for you
to achieve your qualification.
o Keyskills and technical certificate. You will
be required to partake in 2 short tests at our
training centre for you to achieve these subsidiary
qualifications. The keyskills & technical
certificate apply to under 25 year olds only
