Part-Time Assessor - Maidenhead & Reading areas

We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified, GDC registered dental nurse to work as a part-time dental nurse assessor and carry out workplace observations in the Maidenhead and Reading areas.

The successful applicant must be able to use their own initiative, work remotely and as part of a team. We are looking for a flexible person who is able to travel in the area. We would like an experienced and qualified dental nurse assessor, but Tempdent are willing to provide training and the assessor qualification to the right candidate.

Interviewer and Compliance Consultant - North London

Tempdent Recruitment & Training is one of the UK’s leading and most successful dental recruitment agencies and training providers.

Our recruitment agency are currently looking for a newly qualified or soon-to-be qualified dental nurse for the new role of Interviewer and Compliance Consultant.
This is a full-time role, and is based at our offices in North London.

The main duties are:

  • Carry out interviews in person and over Skype with prospective temp dental nurses
  • Obtain full compliance for each new dental nurse
  • Maintain full compliance for each existing temp dental nurse.

You will be part of a great and friendly team.
The salary is negotiable - up to £20,000. Immediate start.

Head of Teaching - North London

This exciting opportunity will suit a highly organised tutor-manager, who is GDC registered and has experience of teaching and managing NEBDN qualifications.

 You will be required to manage all aspects of the tutor team, including the face to face and the online/blended learning provision for both long and short courses.

You will ensure quality and compliance throughout the provision, working alongside the Quality Manager in all aspects of quality of the delivery of training, including liaising with awarding bodies and ensuring that all processes and documentation are fully compliant with awarding and funding bodies, Ofsted and any other relevant organisations.

Responsibilities include:

  • To oversee the planning and management of current and future classroom programmes in accordance with awarding body and funding body requirements.
  • To deliver both blended and face to face training for primary, post registration and CPD courses where necessary.
  • To standardise and manage the updating of the resources used to teach the classroom & blended qualifications.
  • To help to recruit, train and to carry out annual appraisals for all tutors, as well as ongoing tutor quality assurance observations.
  • To facilitate communication between tutors, learners, workplace and Tempdent.
  • To remain current in your skills & knowledge of the dental sector and legislative requirements.
  • To attend NEBDN, City & Guilds and other relevant workshops, training events, meetings & other CPD opportunities.
  • To promote and comply with all current and future Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety legislative requirements.
