About this job
Full Time Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator Hertfordshire
Our Client a mixed Central Barnet based practice seeks a full time Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator.
Due to ongoing expansion, the practice is now looking to appoint a full-time dental treatment coordinator with substantial customer facing experience. The role is developmental; hence this is a terrific opportunity for an experienced TCO/Dental Nurse to have an influential role in developing the customer/patient journey as well as being heavily involved in patient generation marketing initiatives and our social media platforms.
Being one of the first people potential patients will meet at the practice, we are looking for a confident and presentable individual who is friendly, empathetic, and great at building rapport. The role involves building relationships with patients as you guide them through the possible treatment journeys available to them, with the ultimate aim of securing the patient to the practice.
What we offer:
In return for being the perfect candidate for this, you'll get to work within a great team and for a rapidly expanding company with huge ambitions. The salary will depend on experience with potential for growth.
Hours
Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
Requirements:
Great computer skills and multi-tasking are essential, as you'll be working in a fast paced company where you will need to be able to accurately create patient documents at the same time as making the fifth patient of the day feel like they're the first to ever visit the practice - and probably whilst chasing up an outstanding query via email at the same time.
In terms of experience, a dental background would be great and an orthodontic one even better!
Applicants should have demonstrable previous experience in either an exclusively private/specialist practice or within a mixed practice where the majority of treatments are undertaken privately.
The starting date is ASAP, and salary is negotiable, lots of additional benefits offered.
