About the role
With 5 modern surgeries, a dedicated team of 7 Dentists and 3 Dental Hygienists, and the latest digital technology, this practice is proud to deliver exceptional patient-first care in a friendly and supportive environment.
They are looking for a proactive and organised Practice Manager to oversee their clinical and administrative teams, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

The ideal candidate
As Practice Manager, you will take overall responsibility for operational efficiency, team leadership, patient experience, and compliance, helping drive the continued success of this thriving practice.
- Dental background: Previous experience working within a dental practice is essential
- Leadership & management: Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a large team
- Software knowledge: Experience with R4 dental software is highly desirable
- Patient-focused approach: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a true patient-first ethos
- Organisation & compliance: Strong organisational skills with knowledge of dental regulations and best practice
