About the role
As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a five-star front-of-house experience. This isn’t just “answering phones” – it’s about managing the patient journey with precision and care.
Key responsibilities:
- First impressions: Greet and assist visitors with a professional, polished demeanour.
- Communication: Manage high-volume inquiries via phone and email.
- Scheduling: Coordinate complex appointment books to ensure clinical efficiency.
- Administration: Handle data entry, reports, and daily clerical tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork: Work closely with a large team to maintain seamless operations.
Location: Lower Sloane Street, SW1W (2 mins from Sloane Square Station)
Salary: £15 per hour (Higher rates for GDC Registered Nurses)
Schedule: 4 Days per Week (38 Hours) | 07:45 – 18:00
Extras: £1,600 Annual Attendance Bonus + Premium Benefits
The ideal candidate
- Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience is essential.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong typing speed and accuracy.
- System knowledge: Experience with SOE is a bonus, though not a deal-breaker.
- Mindset: Highly organised, excellent phone etiquette, and a proactive approach to supporting a large team.
