About the role

As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a five-star front-of-house experience. This isn’t just “answering phones” – it’s about managing the patient journey with precision and care.

Key responsibilities:

  • First impressions: Greet and assist visitors with a professional, polished demeanour.
  • Communication: Manage high-volume inquiries via phone and email.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate complex appointment books to ensure clinical efficiency.
  • Administration: Handle data entry, reports, and daily clerical tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with a large team to maintain seamless operations.

Location: Lower Sloane Street, SW1W (2 mins from Sloane Square Station)

Salary: £15 per hour (Higher rates for GDC Registered Nurses)

Schedule: 4 Days per Week (38 Hours) | 07:45 – 18:00

Extras: £1,600 Annual Attendance Bonus + Premium Benefits

  • Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience is essential.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • System knowledge: Experience with SOE is a bonus, though not a deal-breaker.
