About the role
- Highly competitive UDA rates: Between £15 – £17 per UDA (depending on experience).
- Flexible allocation: From 2,000 to 10,000 UDAs tailored to your capacity.
- Private income: 50/50 split with active marketing support to help you build and maintain a lucrative private list.
- Mentorship: Supportive environment for early-career dentists, those returning to practice, or those looking to expand their clinical skill set.
Working hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
The ideal candidate
Candidate requirements:
- GDC-registered Dentist.
- Active NHS Performer Number.
- PVLE and EU dentists are welcomed and considered.
- A strong commitment to ethical, patient-centred care.
- Motivation to grow both NHS and private revenue.
Clinical Development:
The practice actively encourages and supports Associates who wish to develop or utilize interests in:
- Cosmetic dentistry: Invisalign, Whitening, and Composite Bonding.
- Specialist interests: Facial Aesthetics, Implants, and Oral Surgery.
