About the role
We’re working with a well-established, friendly dental practice in the DA8 area that is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would suit someone confident on reception who enjoys patient-facing work and being a key part of a close-knit practice team.
Key responsibilities
- Front-of-house dental reception duties
- Managing patient bookings and diaries
- Handling inbound calls and patient enquiries
- Supporting the practice with general administration
- Providing a positive, welcoming patient experience
Working hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 3:00pm
The ideal candidate
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental reception role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing busy appointment diaries
- Friendly, reliable, and professiona
