This year’s conference theme, “Ignite the Impact”, encouraged colleagues to think about how we can continue sharing expertise across teams, working collaboratively to strengthen our services and enhance the value we deliver to learners, employers and industry partners.
As the UK’s leading provider of dental apprenticeships, training and recruitment, continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do. The day inspired meaningful conversations around innovation, best practice and how we can learn from one another to drive even greater success.

The conference provided a fantastic opportunity for Curaden to network with colleagues from across the Tempdent team, strengthening relationships and sharing industry insights. Celebrating 30 years of Tempdent
This year’s conference carried even greater significance as we continue celebrating an important milestone – Tempdent’s 30th anniversary year.
With our official birthday approaching this November, the conference was the perfect opportunity to reflect on three decades of supporting the dental profession through high-quality training, apprenticeships and workforce development.
We also hosted our annual Colleague Awards, recognising individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond throughout the year.
The awards provided a fitting opportunity to celebrate excellence, dedication and the outstanding contributions that continue to drive Tempdent forward.

The day concluded with a special 30th anniversary celebration party, where colleagues came together to mark this milestone in style and reflect on an unforgettable day of learning, inspiration and achievement.
Our annual conference once again demonstrated the power of bringing people together. From insightful business updates and professional development to networking, inspiration and celebration, the day embodied everything that makes Tempdent such a special organisation.
