Specialised Training Faculty

Our strength lies in our specialist focus solely on the Dental industry and our excellent and very stable teaching faculty.  Due to our unique delivery model, learners will find that they are able to contact their assessor far more frequently and with greater flexibility than with other training providers. Our Quality systems and managers ensure that all assessors are standardised across the company to ensure a consistent and effective delivery of training provision throughout the country.

Free Apprentice Recruitment Service

Tempdent offers a free trainee dental nurse Apprenticeship recruitment service and would typically expect to fill your vacancy with a highly suited government funded eligible candidate within 2-4 weeks. As a National recruitment company we are able to recruit trainees for you no matter where you are based within the UK.*

Classroom or Blended Learning

Trainees have two ways of carrying out their studying, either at our Training Centre in North London or Blended Learning via our innovative and interactive E- Learning platform including live webinars, workshops and practice visits.

Foundation Induction Programme

This 12-week pre-apprenticeship course enables the trainee dental nurse to prepare to start the apprenticeship, become familiar with the learning platform, gain immediate knowledge and understanding of the main dental nursing duties and to start working with their mentor.  We find that the FIP provides a good indication of the trainees’ likelihood to stay in role and engage with their learning before you invest your time and money on them.

*Free recruitment service for trainee nurses that enrol on the Tempdent programme.  Otherwise a fee of 15% of the trainees annual wage will apply.
