Tempdent offers a free trainee dental nurse Apprenticeship recruitment service and would typically expect to fill your vacancy with a highly suited government funded eligible candidate within 2-4 weeks. As a National recruitment company we are able to recruit trainees for you no matter where you are based within the UK.*
Classroom or Blended Learning
Trainees have two ways of carrying out their studying, either at our Training Centre in North London or Blended Learning via our innovative and interactive E- Learning platform including live webinars, workshops and practice visits.
Foundation Induction Programme
This 12-week pre-apprenticeship course enables the trainee dental nurse to prepare to start the apprenticeship, become familiar with the learning platform, gain immediate knowledge and understanding of the main dental nursing duties and to start working with their mentor. We find that the FIP provides a good indication of the trainees’ likelihood to stay in role and engage with their learning before you invest your time and money on them.
