Understanding Local Rules

This module will help you to:

1. Know what local rules are
2. Know the named personnel within local rules and their job role
3. Have a good understanding of the radiation protection file contents
4. Know and understand all the items included in local rules (working instructions, controlled area, contingency plans, equipment servicing, dose investigations, and dosimetry)
5. Know how to manage radiation for pregnant patients and staff
