Safeguarding Level 3 - Children & Vulnerable Adults
This level 3 Safeguarding CPD focuses on facilitating acting as a safeguarding lead within the dental practice. This includes using supervision effectively, identifying training needs and understanding of the sequence of events during a referral. Please note, this Safeguarding course is not a qualification course but a CPD module. It forms part of your requirement for safeguarding training (not the total recommended). The training required for each individual depends on any previous training undertaken, the individual\'s organizational requirements and their job role.
Outcomes

- Identify signs of abuse and neglect
- Describe protocols to establish within your organisation
- Describe the stages of reporting a suspected abuse case
- Identify the main guidance currently in place for protection of children and adults
