Tempdent is recruiting for a fully private dental practice in North Wales offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a growing and developing team.

This is an ideal role for a clinician looking to build a stable private diary over time, with structured support and the opportunity to increase days as patient demand grows.

The Role

  • Fully private position (no NHS/UDA requirements)
  • 2-surgery practice with a mixed private and plan patient base
  • Opportunity to work alongside other clinicians in a collaborative environment
  • Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred private care
  • Gradual progression to a fuller working week

Working Pattern

  • Initially: Monday & Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Following probation: Days will gradually increase to include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Clinical Scope

The practice is seeking a clinician comfortable providing a broad range of treatments, including:

  • General dentistry
  • Endodontics
  • Extractions / oral surgery
  • Orthodontics
  • Implants (desirable)
  • Periodontal treatments
  • Hygiene / therapy procedures
  • Sedation
  • Radiography

Standard Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality dental care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards
  • Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
  • Adhere to GDC and CQC/HIW compliance requirements
  • Support patient journey from consultation through to treatment completion

The ideal candidate

  • GDC registered Dentist
  • Minimum 1 year UK experience required
  • HIW registration (or eligibility prior to start)
  • Comfortable working as part of a team environment
  • Confident delivering private treatment and building patient relationships
  • Strong communication and treatment planning skills
  • UK right-to-work required
  • Standard DBS expected
  • Dental software and additional operational details to be confirmed
