Tempdent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a modern, fully private dental practice seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join their growing team.

Role & responsibilities
- Fully private position (no NHS/UDA requirements)
- 2-surgery independent practice
- Working as the sole dentist on site, supported by an established team
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Opportunity to build and grow a private patient list
Clinical scope
The practice is keen to attract a well-rounded clinician comfortable providing:
- General dentistry
- Endodontics
- Extractions / oral surgery
- Periodontal treatments
- Hygiene / therapy procedures
- Radiography
Experience or interest in advanced treatments such as orthodontics or implants would be advantageous but not essential.
The ideal candidate
- GDC registered Dentist
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
- Confident working independently as the sole clinician
- Comfortable managing support staff and contributing to practice organisation
- Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on private treatment uptake
- UK right-to-work is required
- Standard DBS expected
- Software and additional operational details to be confirmed
