Tempdent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a modern, fully private dental practice seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join their growing team.

Role & responsibilities

  • Fully private position (no NHS/UDA requirements)
  • 2-surgery independent practice
  • Working as the sole dentist on site, supported by an established team
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Opportunity to build and grow a private patient list

Clinical scope

The practice is keen to attract a well-rounded clinician comfortable providing:

  • General dentistry
  • Endodontics
  • Extractions / oral surgery
  • Periodontal treatments
  • Hygiene / therapy procedures
  • Radiography

Experience or interest in advanced treatments such as orthodontics or implants would be advantageous but not essential.

The ideal candidate

  • GDC registered Dentist
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
  • Confident working independently as the sole clinician
  • Comfortable managing support staff and contributing to practice organisation
  • Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills
  • Commercially aware with a focus on private treatment uptake
  • UK right-to-work is required
  • Standard DBS expected
  • Software and additional operational details to be confirmed
