Tempdent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a modern, fully private dental practice seeking two experienced Associate Dentists to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created role within a developing practice, offering excellent earning potential, clinical autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in shaping the patient offering. The practice has chosen to divide the clinical week between two dentists, creating a collaborative approach to patient care and practice growth

The role

  • Fully private position (no NHS/UDA requirements)

Available working patterns

Position 1

  • Monday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday: 09:00 – 12:00

Position 2

  • Wednesday: 12:00 – 17:00
  • Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

Equivalent to 2.5 days per week per Associate Dentist.

Clinical scope

The practice is keen to attract well-rounded clinicians comfortable providing:

  • General dentistry
  • Endodontics
  • Extractions / oral surgery
  • Periodontal treatments
  • Hygiene / therapy procedures
  • Radiography

Experience or interest in advanced treatments such as orthodontics or implants would be advantageous but not essential.

The ideal candidate

  • GDC registered Dentist
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
  • Comfortable working within a shared-practice environment
  • Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills
  • Commercially aware with a focus on private treatment uptake
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional private patient care
  • UK right-to-work required
  • Standard DBS expected
  • Software and additional operational details to be confirmed
