About the role
Tempdent is working with a friendly, well-established mixed dental practice in North West London to recruit a Dental Nurse for a permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable dental nurse looking to develop their career in a supportive environment, with the potential to progress into a Head Nurse position.
Working pattern
- Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm (1 per month)
- Day off in the week when working Saturday
You will provide chairside support to clinicians and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting patient care and ensuring a positive experience
- Contributing to infection control and compliance standards
In addition, this role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership pathway, with scope to progress into a Head Nurse role and take on team support responsibilities.
The ideal candidate
- GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential
- 1+ years’ experience preferred
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
