About the role
Our Esher client are seeking a professional “Front of House” star to join a well-established 4-surgery, mixed NHS/Private practice in the KT10 area.
If you are a great communicator who thrives in a busy environment and values a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends, we would love to hear from you!
- Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
- Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
o Mon/Wed/Thu: 08:45 – 18:00
o Tuesday: 08:45 – 19:00
o Friday: 08:15 – 16:00 (Early finish!) - Software: SOE (Exact) experience is highly preferred
- Location: A short walk from Hinchley Wood station
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is essential
- Proficiency with SOE (Exact) software
- Excellent telephone manner and a patient-first approach
- Strong organisational skills to manage a 4-surgery diary effectively
- Professional presentation as the first point of contact for the practice
