Head Dental Nurse – Yorkshire

Tempdent is proud to be supporting a progressive, multi-site dental provider in Yorkshire, seeking a Head Dental Nurse to play a key role in the launch of a brand-new practice in York, while supporting two established sites within the group.

As Head Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting clinical standards, team performance, and patient experience.

You will also contribute to the successful launch and ongoing development of the York practice, while supporting operations across additional sites when required.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the nursing team
• Ensuring high standards of clinical compliance and infection control
• Supporting practice organisation, stock control, and day-to-day operations
• Assisting with chairside duties where required
• Working closely with clinicians and management to maintain efficient workflows
• Supporting a positive team culture and high-quality patient care
