Dental Receptionist – Level 2
This new apprenticeship will support your Dental Receptionist to achieve a Customer Service Level 2 qualification in just 8 months. Developed specifically for Dental Receptionists, this apprenticeship will help your receptionist to ensure that any interaction, whether delivered face-to-face, over the telephone or via email, text, or social media, is a positive and friendly reflection of your practice.
Dental Team Leader Level 3
Designed for Head Nurses, Head Receptionists, and aspiring Dental Practice Managers, this programme builds leadership confidence and management skills. Underpinned by the Team Leader Level 3 standard, it equips learners to lead effectively, drive positive outcomes, and advance their careers in dental practice management.
Dental Practice Manager Level 5
Tailored for experienced Dental Practice Managers and operational leaders, this apprenticeship is based on the Operations Manager Level 5 standard. It develops strategic thinking, risk management, and business improvement skills – empowering managers to lead practices successfully in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
