Dental Receptionist
An opportunity has arisen to join this well-established, modern dental practice with 3 surgeries using up-to-date technology. Providing both Private and NHS treatments for the whole family.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the practice, you will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service – face to face, via email and over the telephone. You will be front of house, welcoming patients, collecting payments and ensuring that patients have adequate appointments booked in.
To assist the business to grow and attract new customers by converting opportunities and participating in marketing campaigns in line with planned growth objectives.
You may also be supporting the Practice Manager with various administrative tasks and ensuring that the reception area and waiting room are organised.
Experience Required
· Dental receptionist experience essential
· Ability to work proactively in a busy patient-based environment
· Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone) – ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals
· Smart appearance and professional attitude
· A good work ethic and high standards
· Ability to work under pressure
· Possesses initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities
· A positive, team player
Job Type – Part Time
2 to 3 days per week (flexible) no weekends or evenings
