Dental practice managers are responsible for the smooth operation of the practice, organising the dental team and ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to each patient. In order to be considered for a dental practice manager vacancy, candidates are required to have meticulous communication, planning, organisational, leadership and management skills.
Extensive experience in the dental field is highly advantageous but not a necessity, as the role of a dental practice manager can also be performed with previous management experience in other industries.
At Tempdent, we work tirelessly to find the right employer to match your skills and needs, as well as negotiate an excellent salary on your behalf. You will be fully supported by us throughout the entire process. We’ll help you find the ideal dental practice management job.
