It's a wrap! Tempdent at the BDIA Dental Showcase Roundup

The saying time flies when you're having fun is completely true - we can't believe how quickly the past few days have gone and that the BDIA Dental Showcase 2016 is over! 

We were proud to be amongst 12,000 other dentistry innovators exhibiting at the showcase on Thursday 6th - Saturday 8th October. 

The showcase was a complete success and the atmosphere was electric. Here are our top four highlights:

1. Meeting new people and seeing old friends. 

We saw Jane Dalgarno, President of the BADN, who is also part of the most wonderful teaching team at Tempdent. And Practice Manager Lucy Paterson who used to temp with us many moons ago! We also caught up with the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses team.

2. Appearing in the Dentistry newspaper. 

Our Operations Manager, Jeremy did an amazing interview with the Dentistry Magazine. With this year being our 20th anniversary, we have a lot to celebrate and the BDIA Dental Showcase was a perfect place to share some prosecco and memories.

3. Who says the dental industry can't be fun! 

We caught up with one of our favourite dentists, The Singing Dentist and made new friends with other people including a storm trooper! 

4. Competition winners! 

To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we wanted to share the love and treat some lucky people at the showcase to some amazing prizes! Congratulations to our winners: 

Thursday's Winners:
· Barry Mallon from Charlton Village Dental won a fantastic hamper
· Vivienne Scrivener from the Chingford Mount Dental Practice won tickets to Tempdent's glamorous 20th-anniversary charity Christmas gala in December

Friday's Winners:
· Joanna Hawkes won a gourmet culinary experience for two
· Kevin Singh won tickets to Tempdent's glamorous 20th-anniversary charity Christmas gala in December

Saturday's Winners:
· Claudine Hasoon a hygienist won an afternoon tea for two
· Sylvia Ovsenjak won tickets to Tempdent's glamorous 20th-anniversary charity Christmas gala in December
