Tempdent Training is delighted to announce that from February 2021, we will be delivering Traineeships - An Introduction to employment in the Dental Sector.
Traineeship programmes help young people who want to access an apprenticeship or job, but who do not yet have the appropriate skills or experience. Many young people who attend the programme can go on to a job, apprenticeship or further education.
Our traineeship programme consists of three components: work preparation training, a work experience placement and support with English and maths if required. This is all provided by our specialist teams who give the right careers advice and support to help young people into work.
Traineeships primarily support 16–24-year-olds who:
- Are unemployed
- Have little to no work experience/change in career.
- Have the potential to go into employment or an apprenticeship within 3- 12 months
Training is predominantly delivered remotely, and we can even support with IT equipment if needed.
Tempdent Training work in partnership with employers across England to support work placements in the Dental sector and have been delivering apprenticeships for over 20 years and currently rated Good by Ofsted.
