We’re excited to announce today that Tempdent has been acquired by Knovia, a group of sector-focused, best-in-class education businesses at the forefront of their sectors.
As a leading recruitment agency and training provider with over 27 years of experience in the dental sector, Tempdent is proud to have been delivering a range of high-quality apprenticeships, post-registration qualifications, CPD and recruitment services for GDC registered and aspiring dental professionals across the UK.
Knovia Group focuses on fulfilling the capability of individuals, providing them with the tools to be more productive, deliver a better service, and advance their careers.
Knovia’s focus on driving sustainable change and innovation, and its dedication to quality, compliance and operational excellence, will enable Tempdent to benefit from shared resources and expertise, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients, candidates learners, and employer partners.
Alongside Tempdent, Knovia has also announced the acquisition of Paragon Skills, an education provider specialising in the care and education sector since 1998.
We’re excited to join forces with Paragon Skills under our new parent company, Knovia. Working more closely together as leading training providers in our core sectors will allow us to offer the highest level of quality training, ensuring we continue to deliver the best quality dental teaching and learning for our learners and partners.
The new group structure will not affect the day-to-day operations of either company, both will continue to operate as usual, supported by strong and experienced leadership to deliver outstanding education.
Lorraine Nadel, Managing Director of Tempdent said:
“We are delighted to be teaming up with Paragon Skills as part of Knovia Group. Tempdent & Paragon Skills share common values in providing excellent teaching and support to our learners and clients and we look forward to sharing our best practices together to continue growing as leading training providers in our sectors.”
Ben Pike, Chair, Knovia said:
“We are excited to be launching Knovia as a platform that supports the ambitions of the businesses and leaders within our group. With our human-centered, technology-supported learning models, we are committed to building a scalable and sustainable education group. Both Paragon Skills and Tempdent share a best-in-class approach to learning and a passion to deliver the measurable social impact that underpins our group objectives.”
We look forward to building on the opportunities that this new structure will provide and continuing to support our learners and employer partners over the years to come.
