Tempdent is proud to share our latest Impact Report, which showcases the significant influence our apprenticeship programmes have had on both apprentices and their employers, over the past 12 months. This report offers a snapshot into how we are shaping the dental sector by recruiting and developing highly skilled professionals who contribute to dental practices and hospitals across the UK.
At Tempdent, we are dedicated to supporting every apprentice, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources they need to succeed through our trusted blended learning approach. Our apprenticeship programmes go beyond academic achievement, equipping learners with invaluable skills that benefit them both personally and professionally. 92% of our apprentices reported gaining new skills, while another 92% said their apprenticeship helped them gain clarity about their future career aspirations. Furthermore, 80% of our learners experienced a pay increase either during or upon completing their apprenticeship.
With an outstanding 99.8% pass rate, Tempdent continues to set the standard in delivering high-quality apprenticeships and dental training. This year, we partnered with 1113 employers across the country, providing best-in-class training to upskill their teams.
This year has also marked a period of significant growth for Tempdent. Following our acquisition by Knovia, alongside Paragon Skills, in September 2023, we have continued to expand and strengthen our services. We welcomed 46 new team members this year, each contributing to our mission of delivering leading apprenticeships, training, and recruitment services for the dental industry. In a recent survey, an incredible 97% of our staff expressed pride in working for Tempdent, reflecting the positive and supportive culture within our organisation.
