Now in its 26th year, the week encourages organisations across the UK to explore how learning can build confidence, strengthen teams, and help everyone achieve more at work.

This year’s focus, Get Connected, highlights the social side of learning. It’s about sharing knowledge, building networks, and creating the kind of collaborative environments where people feel supported to grow.
