It’s Learning at Work Week 2025, and this year’s theme - ‘Get Connected’ - is all about bringing people together through learning. Whether you’re a dental apprentice, part of a busy practice team, searching for your next role, or leading a business, it’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate continuous development in the workplace.
What is Learning at Work Week?
Organised by the Campaign for Learning, Learning at Work Week is a national event that shines a light on the value of lifelong learning. Now in its 26th year, the week encourages organisations across the UK to explore how learning can build confidence, strengthen teams, and help everyone achieve more at work.
This year’s focus, Get Connected, highlights the social side of learning. It’s about sharing knowledge, building networks, and creating the kind of collaborative environments where people feel supported to grow. From team workshops to online training and mentoring, it’s about making learning part of everyday work life.
Why it matters in dentistry
In the dental world, keeping skills fresh isn’t just a nice-to-have - it’s essential. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to progress in your career, investing in learning helps build confidence, improves quality of care, and opens doors to new opportunities.
At Tempdent, we believe learning works best when it’s accessible, relevant and tailored to real-world dental practice. That’s why our training and apprenticeship programmes are built with your day-to-day in mind - connecting you with practical knowledge, experienced tutors and a supportive community that wants to see you succeed.
