Practice Manager – Thriving Private Dental Practice

Location: Gants Hill, London

Tempdent is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join a dynamic and thriving, small private dental practice in Gants Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Provide support to the reception team when needed.
• Manage CQC compliance, payroll, HR, and other essential practice management tasks.
• Continuously strive for operational excellence and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in dental practice management is essential.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements (registration is beneficial but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in SOE software.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive leader who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

• Full-time or part-time options available.
• Monday & Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) are required plus more days if wanted
• Some Saturdays (8:00 am – 2:00 pm).
• Flexibility on other days can be discussed.
