Practice Manager (Part-Time, Self-Employed)

Location: London, SE3
Hours: 2 days per week (8:30am – 4:00pm)
Rate: Up to £21 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Self-Employed

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly dental team on a part-time, self-employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with a strong background in clinical settings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Practice Manager, Lead Nurse, or Head Nurse

• Solid understanding of CQC regulations and requirements

• Confident with clinical procedures and team coordination

• Familiarity with the iSmile practice management system (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the practice

• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards

• Supporting clinical staff and facilitating excellent patient care

• Assisting with audits, rotas, and stock control

• Using iSmile for patient records, scheduling, and reporting
