Full-Time Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time receptionist to join a specialist dental practice on Harley Street, London. We would like to hear from individuals who are customer focused, can work independently and are confident working in a progressive and busy environment.

You should be passionate and compassionate, very good with patients, well presented and who feel they can be a dynamic part of a team. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a background within the dental industry and have strong, clear communication and organisational skills. You should be able to manage a high workload in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Please note, this position will require you to be responsible for closing the practice so a later start is required.

Position: Dental Receptionist

Employment Term: Full-time

Type: Private

Days: Mondays – Fridays

Mondays: 09:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesdays: 09:30am – 6:30pm
Wednesdays: 08:30am – 5:30pm
Thursdays: 09:30am – 6:30pm
Fridays: 08:30am – 5:30pm

Lunch break: 1/hour

Dental Software: Exact (Software of Excellence)

Previous Dental Reception experience is essential minimum of 1 yr

Dentistry: Specialist referral practice

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (negotiable, dependant on experience)

Start date: ASAP
