Our client a busy fully private Dental Practice based in Manchester City Centre. Are currently seeking an enthusiastic GDC Qualified Nurse to Lead the Reception team on a permanent full time basis offering a unique opportunity for professional growth within their dynamic team.
About You:
You will need to be an experienced GDC Registered Nurse with a proven track record of covering reception duties in a Dental Practice.
Requirements:
Must have
- GDC Registration. Dental knowledge is key, and the role may include occasional nursing cover.
- Previous Dental EXP is essential
- DBS checks required.
- Experience in SOE Exact

Role Overview:
As the Lead Receptionist, you'll ensure efficient day-to-day running of reception. Your role encompasses the patient journey, smooth running of diaries, marketing, taking payment from patients and being able to complete finance applications while having excellent administration skills as well as communication.
Patients:
- Manage patient complaints and queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Liaise with the Practice Manager on enquiry KPIs.
