Tempdent is currently supporting a client with finding the right candidate for the

Dental Receptionist position in Perivale, UB6

Are you looking to work in a positive and friendly team environment, with supportive team? Then this is the practice for you!

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am-5.30pm

Pay rate: up to £14ph depending on experience.

Start date: Immediate but flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls, emails and enquiries and schedule appointments
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Work as a team with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements:

• Competent level of IT proficiency
• Attention to detail when multitasking
• Knowledge of Exact beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to date Hep B vaccination records
