About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact through to their appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries efficiently.
Handling patient registrations and updating patient records accurately.
Processing payments and managing billing inquiries.
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Working Schedule:
Full-time: Monday - Friday
Salary:
Up to £18 per hour, depending on experience.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist.
Proficiency with dental software, specifically SOE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
