This full-time position is crucial to our patient experience. You will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, ensuring the smooth running of our reception area and providing exceptional service to our private patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patient appointments and diary efficiently.
• Handling all incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and a helpful demeanour.
• Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a comfortable waiting experience.
• Processing payments and managing administrative tasks.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring data confidentiality.
• Liaising with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
