Dental Receptionist – Part Time
Location: Kingston, KT14
Employment Term: Permanent – Part Time
Days & Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 7:30pm
Salary: Up to £17.50 per hour (DOE)
Software: SOE (Exact)
Practice Type: Specialist, 2-surgery practice
We are seeking a confident and professional Dental Receptionist to join our specialist 2-surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a warm, welcoming patient experience.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a dental practice
Knowledge of dental software (SOE/Exact preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong organisational skills and a friendly, professional manner
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting patients on arrival
Managing appointments and diaries
Processing payments and handling patient records
Liaising with clinicians and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
