Patient care coordinator needed for a West London Mixed practice 

Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday Occasional Saturday

They are an incredibly friendly family run dental practice with both NHS and Private dentists, specialising in orthodontics and implantation

Looking for a  FULL TIME Patient Care Coordinator to join this  busy practice 

They are  looking for a highly motivated individual, who isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll have fantastic communication skills, be able build great rapport with our wonderful patients

Responsibilities:
"    Welcome new and existing patients.
"    Assist with reception duties.
"    Spend time getting to know the patient and learning about their specific dental needs and goals.
"    Calling all enquiring patients and potential patients.
"    Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals
"    Support the dental patient throughout the process.
"    Set up consultations with the patient and specialists.
"    Determine costs of treatment and discuss financial options.
"    Be available to answer any questions pertaining to dental care, treatment, and payment options.
"    Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.
"    Follow up with leads from our marketing campaign.
Skills & Attributes:
"    Great telephone manner
"    Previous dental experience - desirable
"    Exact SOE - Highly desirable
"    Attention to detail
"    Sales experience
"    Great customer services skills are a must
