Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator - Full-Time, Private Practice

Are you an organised, empathetic, and highly professional individual with a passion for patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving, fully private dental practice.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal full-time position combining front-of-house reception duties with the crucial responsibility of guiding patients through their treatment journeys. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from enquiry to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Managing diaries, scheduling appointments efficiently, handling patient queries, answering phones, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
  • Treatment Coordination: Discussing treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures and financial options, arranging appointments for specialists or referrals, and ensuring patients feel fully informed and supported throughout their journey.
  • Processing payments and managing administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring data confidentiality.
