The aim of this module is to enable you to differentiate between what equality, diversity and inclusion are and how each relates to dentistry. 

• Understand the differences between equality, diversity and inclusion and what each means in relation to dentistry.
• List the 9 protected characteristics.
• Show an understanding of the GDC’s role in relation to equality and diversity.
