The purpose of this module is to provide you with an overview of the Prevent strategy, the responsibilities of authorities and healthcare professionals with regards to safeguarding individuals from being drawn into terrorism and to give you guidance on the action to be taken.
The aim of this module is to ensure participants understand what the Prevent strategy is, how it relates to safeguarding and what professionals’ and authorities’ responsibilities are.
This CPD module provides you with 1.5 hours of GDC verifiable CPD.
