This CPD will help you to understand and identify the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, how you can spot traits, and how you can help someone close to you who is stuck in an unhealthy relationship.

Outcomes –

• Explain the significant difference between a healthy relationship and a toxic relationship.
• Identify different types of toxic relationships (narcissism, misogyny, sociopaths – family, friends, work colleagues).
• Identify signs and behaviors of toxic relationships and the attributes (gaslighting).
• Explain the consequences of unhealthy relationships.
• Be able to offer support for toxic relationships.
