• 500+ learners trained in dental nursing and practice management roles, through Tempdent’s partnerships with over 1000 employer partners, strengthening the sector’s talent pipeline.
• Outstanding achievement rates, with a 99.6%% pass rate and the majority of learners progressing into permanent roles or advancing their careers.
• Employer satisfaction remains high at 98%, with practices reporting improved retention and reduced recruitment challenges.
• 7000+ learners supported through Tempdent’s CPD training platform, supporting lifelong learning in the dental industry.
• Career progression success stories, including apprentices moving from entry-level roles to senior positions within dental practices; with 66% of learners reporting that they received promotions following the completion of their training.
